Why me

Besides my extensive technical experience and advanced education, I have great people skills. I am able to explain complicated technical topics and solve problems using effective methods, simple language, and good examples. Not only that, but I can do it equally well in English and Spanish.

I am great at:

  • Learning new skills
  • I'm a fast learner. I have a number of degrees and technical certifications, including Professional Cloud Architect, Networking Engineer, DevOps Engineer and Cloud Developer, as well as Cybersecurity and Web Development.

  • Problem-solving.
  • When developing new applications or troubleshooting infrastructure issues, one has to possess great problem-solving skills. Over the years I've learned to create effective applications and inventive solutions to solve complex problems in global environments.

  • Building and maintaining relationships.
  • I've been part of sales teams, as well as a customer. I've interacted with potential customers and have reached successful sales, making sure the customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. I've helped solve problems for users who are upset or under huge amounts of stress by keeping calm and making sure things get done properly.

  • Time and program management.

About this site

This is a "serverless" static site. I wrote the code using Bootstrap 4 and JQuery, and it's being hosted on an GCP Google Cloud Storage bucket. To send the information provided when using the Contact form I use AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda. There's no server for me to support (including updates and troubleshooting). The content is provided securely (encrypted using TLS over HTTP) by using a GCP Global Load Balancer.
